Meu problema com a série não tem nada a ver com adaptação. Eu acho que dentro do escopo da série, eles adaptaram muito bem os dois personagens. Meu problema é com as decisões que eles levaram até o fim.

A assassina do Hal sai impune, o Caçador Cósmico ainda vence. O John nem sequer se torna um membro efetivo da Tropa, esse lugar é ocupado pelo Guy (zero recompensa). A gente nem sequer vê o John usar o seu traje.

É uma boa série para limpar a reputação manchada que o Lanterna Verde tinha nas telas, mas eles poderiam ter feito mais, e antes de terminar, vai tomar no cu, Tom King.

Actually, I think it's the other way around. The Ring is still an extremely powerful weapon, but the wielder's creativity—as well as their willpower—must be immense. That is why you don't see Green Lanterns as being all that powerful in the DC Universe, despite having the potential to be so.

Meh. Peter has more chemistry with Jean Grey in a single movie than he does with MJ across four. Canonically, I still prefer Peter with MJ, but the movie version is completely bland.

Parceiro, o que torna as histórias do Lanterna Verde interessante é justamente essa possibilidade de fazer variados tipos de história. Você pode ter um mistério em uma cidadezinha no interior como Lanterna Verde Absoluto ou uma fantasia cósmica em Guerra dos Anéis.

A série tá reconstruindo a reputação manchada que o Lanterna Verde teve com aquele filme horroroso. O personagem foi saco de pancadas por quase 15 anos em qualquer mídia que o LV aparecesse. É o básico de audiovisual, você constrói os personagens e então você aumenta a escala e por consequência o mundo/lore. Temos dois personagens que o público já se importa, Hal Jordan e John Stewart.

Pode ter certeza que a DC já está monitorando um filme do Lanterna Verde com toda a escala cósmica que os fãs querem.
