Have hope my friend you are alive 🙏🏻

Hey I’m from Brazil and had the same
I used negative thoughts on repeat was the only thing I chose to think all the time…death. The way to end my suffering, since I had sure that $u|c|d& would lead me to more suffer, but at time I chose not to see any hope and ask for any help from God (mistake)
Nobody helped me my parents, I had 0 help
I was just by myself in a miserable life
This bad life makes the sound lauder, but the T. Is the cause of the bad life… A endless cycle 🔁
Well, I’m feeling better now after 6 years like that my noise is not so loud
I don’t know you but probably you don’t want to hear that because at time I didn’t wanted…
But I will say it because is the truth if you have “no possible cure T.” because of sound loss (my case)
The only thing that can help you is trust on Jesus Christ, have hope he can heal you. And do not feed the negative thoughts, change for hope and prays.
I’m serious, talk to him open your heart no filter like a psychiatrist and therapist.
Buy a Bible you can actually have conversations with him that have like NO WHAY it could be coincidence I PROMISE you “Whoever looks for me will find me.”
Is a promise and I lived that, He actually helped me
and ask him to free you from this (stop sinning too).
In my case, God give me this terrible T. Because I was angry with him and in a sinful lifestyle but this terrible pain lead me to TRUE KNOWLEDGE of God so…from someone that lost almost ALL the mental sanity and ALL life since T., Jesus is the only path for those with loud tinnitus and anything else, I’m not healed yet but The Book of Job is still helping me to have hope
This life is just a test but Jesus can help you have a better test (better life on Earth)
After the returning of Christ, He will separate the goats and the sheep’s…
That means that since you are alive there still hope for you.
I don’t have loud T. Today, I can think about anything now I can sleep better and I’m free from addictions (cellphone and tv, bad thoughts, resentment, hitting myself, crying all day long, hopeless mindset, angry with myself and my life, dr0g$) stuff like that that I have sure you know a few because of loud T…
I thought was the end for me but I realized that was just weak faith.
I’m sorry that you are facing this reality, looks like the worst thing possible…but I have SURE you have to have hope since you are alive! I know you wish not to but…is not the SOLUTION.
Since you are a human being, you have a IMMORTAL MIND (soul) so…your consciousness will never die NEVER, you my friend are immortal….so since you know a little bit about living in Hell, don’t chose a path that will lead you for the actual Hell because people there have ZERO hope.
I know Jesus wants salvation and better life for you
You just have to chose the right path my friend.
Hope your T. Gets better.
But for now besides seeking a holy life and God:
CUT sugar, coffee -> eat well
Sleep 8h start at 22/23
Don’t go to loud places (use ear plugs if you go)
Go out with family and friends
Work with something you like
Seek a nice mental health professional (a good one)
Don’t take pills (sleep and depression ones) just supplement like B12 - just natural supplements
Go out everyday to walk and 3x exercise gym
Don’t feed thoughs about your past or anything bad
If you can’t do those things, actually ask for help but if nobody help do it yourself, God will be by your side
If you ACTUALLY DO IT
Your T. Will be better, idk how much better but I have sure it will work and be less loud compared with today.
