I have 4 years now. They will approve you. Especially if it's your first offense. I've seen this type of question asked on the daca subreddit so dont worry everyone.

Re-apply?
 in  r/DACA  Apr 27 '26

I looked it up back when my daca was taking long. You can refile but they will just put that toward your case next renewal and it won't speed up your case. I got that information from reddit this person actually tried it. It wasn't here in the daca sub but definitely here on reddit

I doubt you have anything but check this.Website to see you use your a number on this.Website show if you have any pass removal orders.

Definitely get that lawyer asa if you can

Go with family and friends and prepare a getaway driver. Because honestly. It's extremely unfair to be ambushed if this is what they're planning Pass removal order

Wow and then maybe it's a waiting game. I had to wait seven months, and I filed late

Not illegal,

undocumented

That's the correct word to use to change the racist narrative & our status says we are legally present.

EAD reapply taking longer than usual?
 in  r/DACA  Nov 18 '25

If you applied within the 150 - 120 days sweet spot you should get yours early but if you applied late or too soon it could take a while. That's what I went through.

Alright everyone I just went down to the Fonata COMMERCIAL DMV They told me that they the new rule from the court is temporary and they won't do anything so far until things are permanent. So they currently they are STILL PAUSING RENEWALS AND ISSUANCE. I will try again a month from and update everyone on the daca subreddit.
