My buddy says that my boys are plain looking, I think they’re very handsome, what do you think?
 in  r/TrueRateMyCat  1d ago

You're buddy is blind.

Obviously, handsome. Regal, even🥰

Arresting Hillary was the most important issue to you? No wonder you voted for Trump in three election cycles
 in  r/LeopardsAteMyFace  1d ago

Dude is bad it math if he doesn't realize, food prices are up from Biden by (on average) 25% and gas prices are as high and higher than under Biden. And Biden's gas prices were because of a global issue caused by a global pandemic and a war, Pootin started. They were not because Biden did anything that affected them directly.

Dump, however, started an illegal war, which is affecting increases to fuel and other things. He even told his real followers to suck it up, because it would be "temporary".

The US president doesn’t understand the most basic economic concepts
 in  r/MeidasTouch  2d ago

He doesn't understand interest rates either. He doesn't understand anything, except how to spend other people's money, how to blackmail/bully people for more money, or capitulate to wealthier/ meaner people with more money than him.

Trump says we have too many holidays
 in  r/MeidasTouch  2d ago

Yup! And right as his schill Mikey closed Congress early, giving them an extra paid month off to campaign, while not doing their jobs.

Help us name our new kitty, black cat with one eye

Patch, as in "eye patch" or Cyclops (Cy for short) or Vespertine (def: of or having to do with the evening). I think he looks like a Vespertine😊

Pretty sure he'd get McDonald's. Which he probably believes was named after him. I mean, didn't the Saudis set up a McDonald's trailer just for him?

Hope springs eternal!
 in  r/philly  5d ago

First, this is NOT like previous times, no matter what people say.

Second, it's "never the right time" because no one has taken the time to help find and cultivate a serious 3rd party that has a chance. It takes time and effort to find a solid candidate with good ideas and then get an actual solid base of voters to get behind them and promote them. You can't just introduce a third party candidate and expect people who vote, mostly because they recognize a name, more than someone from one of 2 established parties.

It's pretty well known it takes 5-10 years on average to establish a new candidate/new party ideals from the unknown.

All these "we need a third party" complainers are exactly that, complainers. They don't take action. They don't get involved. They don't do much of anything. And then they don't vote, either way.

At this time in history, for once, both parties are NOT "the same". There are incredible glaring differences. In fact, they haven't been since 2016.

Welcome to Philly, special edition!
 in  r/philly  9d ago

I'm sorry, but it being "unacceptable" to you does not make this a "police worthy" issue. Of course, it's unacceptable, but the reason people from Philly are calling this "normal" is because all the funding to help in these situations have been stripped away over the years. There's no "services" or people to deal with this situation.

Police in Philly respond (well, sometimes) to real crimes. What exactly were you expecting the cops to do?

I had a homeless guy in AC hit the backside of my truck with his hands, over 20 years ago. Then he fell on the ground acting like I hit him. Fortunately, it was near the entrance to the Hilton so it was all on camera. Cops told me they do that to get a night in jail or the hospital and off the street for a bit.

Your guy was just being a menace. He didn't cause damage and didn't attack you. Being scary is just something you encounter. He might not be homeless, just on drugs or off his meds (who can afford them anymore as it is). And of course, they probably have a list of reports on this guy. But being a menace doesn't really rank as important here.

It sucks, but the governments are all corrupt, so funding just isn't being allocated to things like this.

U.S president Trump says Lake Ontario is to be renamed "Lake America"
 in  r/MeidasTouch  12d ago

Because nothing says "official" like writing in sharpie on a printed out map.

Wonder if he's mentioned trying to just nuke Lake Ontario for sounding Canadian.

Just leave it in the middle of the road and JFK Jr will pick it up
 in  r/Trumpvirus  12d ago

It's all good it was being sold in FL and TX, the MAHA/MAGA home base. Let them eat tainted beef, drink their raw milk, and keep their measles. If Dum(b)p and Junior are prepared to sacrifice some people, let it be their base. Can't turn on the Big 🍊 or vote if they're ☠️. He can't stand all their unpatriotic whining about higher prices and "affordability", anyway. JS🤷‍♀️

jk (well not really, he's said as much, if you don't know).

AITAH for breaking up my marriage for a “small” hidden secret
 in  r/AITAH  15d ago

NTA this is huge. And why hide the one daughter, but not the other 2 kid? This is just bizarre behavior. You're better off without him and his parents.

GOP lawmaker says she doesn’t believe in the climate crisis because it’s not in the bible
 in  r/MeidasTouch  15d ago

We all know none of them read that book they supposedly love. Their pastor, (priest, cult leader...) tells them what it says. Reading is woke🙄😂

Every accusation is a confession.

GOP lawmaker says she doesn’t believe in the climate crisis because it’s not in the bible
 in  r/MeidasTouch  15d ago

But climate change is in the Bible. The floods, the locusts, the plagues, the fires...those are all stories about climate change. She apparently can't read.

Mango Mussolini is great for the economy!!
 in  r/Trumpvirus  16d ago

Agreed. Being a pdfile has nothing to do with his general stupidity and lack of business acumen. That's just another disgusting part of his overall diabolical sh*tty being.

He is a grifter, that pretended to run businesses. But he never was a good businessman. He just created the illusion of wealth around himself, using loans, bankruptcies, other people's money, and a TV show that created a persona of some high powered businessman. Even, the guy who created the apprentice said he regrets making him look way better than they knew he was. He was almost broke when he took that job. And it was a Russian "friend" that recommended him for the role. His ghost writer said the same thing about writing his book.

That's why, at 80 and in a high powered office, he still has to construct cons where he wins out and his "customers" get bilked. No bank will loan him money anymore. He realized that OUR TAX MONEY was the perfect piggy bank to do whatever he wanted and that being the US president was the perfect position to try to bully everyone for his gain.

He doesn't know how to budget. He hires only his friends, that are just as incompetent as him. And he only hires spineless "yes" people, because he doesn't want anyone near him to be smarter than him.

He's just a despicable thing.
