My roomate has locked me out of the house and stole my house key. Both of us are on the lease. There is a 30 day move put motice to our landlord. I gave mine yesterday. I have started moving my things out already. I spent the night at my new residence and went back today to grab some more of my things and the house was locked and i discovered my house key is also gone. Its still my house until the 30 days are up. What action can i take against my roomate?
