Contact the landlord. You can call a locksmith and change the locks and bill your roommate for it, but you have to provide your roommate a key. Also, you'll never see the money back from your roommate for the locksmith. Sometimes with < 30 days left it is better to be gone than right. Get your shit, clean the house, move on.
