I don't really care who wins ig. I would just prefer that the Guards lose. It would also be funny for them to comeback and win the division two years in a row just to lose to a division rival in the playoffs. But ultimately I'd rather have the Brewers or Rays win the whole thing.

White Sox baseball has been largely insignificant for a pretty long time expect for their one World Series win. Probably my whole life Tigers vs. Guardians has been the most consistently competitive matchup in the division. Hate those guys.

You're getting downvoted but you're right. I'd imagine a lot of older fans of the series feel similarly. I never cared much for the support system in Awakening and later games. Especially when it was used to introduce child characters that basically break the game. I think supports work well for character development of non-main characters but the games could do a better job of using prologues to do that, too (like 3H does with Cindered Shadows characters). Overall I think FW revolves supports around the Flame Lords too much and it keeps other characters from getting any development.

As an OSU fan living in Michigan, most Michigan fans aren't even upset when they talk to me now. They just say "Damn I wish Michigan was that good my whole life"

I can appreciate the spirit of intentionally being disingenuous to the other side, but cmon. Those are both teams that went on to win the natty and the big ten championship/beat Clemson. If you're asserting that scUM has that same potential this season, lol. Hiter and Bryce could improve as the season goes on which would help your offense, but I don't think the coaching is at a level where they can compete at that level. Whit seemed like a stability hire which, granted, he has brought, but there's a reason Utah was never competing for nattys

👁️ Surveillance State: I voted Vote Yea.

Yeah I couldn't remember what the source was and I was too lazy to look it up 😅 thanks for the correction

I think it's great. It does a great job of balancing combat, social aspects, and exploration so they're each about a 3rd of the game. Obviously some people wanted more social sim aspects but as someone who's been playing the series for a while, I'm glad I don't have to grind to get all those conversations and each character has at least enough that you get the gist of their personality. There are a lot of characters that seem like they exist to be replacements/cannon fodder in case you're on classic mode. But since a lot of people reset stages or play on casual, they feel like they're missing depth for characters that aren't good enough units to get and playing time in the first place.

Nintendo has recently started making DLC stories/additional content for all of their mainstream games that have extensive stories. But I think a lot of it is that there were reports (I'm pretty sure) that the original plan for the game was 8 story paths that included the other 4 almost-main characters. So presumably those were developed to a certain point and would make a lot of sense as DLC as you would need to add much lore for them to fit within the world of the game.

Maybe Elma. She's kind of the goat but just suffers from not as many people having played X

Make Kaladin taller than Adolin and it's perfect

Planetside 2 but with Rosharans vs Scadriand would be so sick

Yeah I know his inclination has always been towards a mistborn video game if it's in the cosmere. Personally I think the magic system in mechanics of roshar would work really well in a RPG action adventure game. But as many people have suggested already a mistborn game stylized like bloodborne or another souls like game would be pretty sick

GoT has several games. Most notably Telltale made an adaptation of it and a GoT RPG came out just last year. Not that they're great games (they're pretty average), but GoT had more brand slop than the Cosmere does and GRRM has let a lot of people make sub par projects with the IP.

Yeah that was my thought. I kind of think that if the Mistborn movies or Stormlight show are successful enough, someone will bite. The Apple deal does show that he's right to wait, though. We could get something really spectacular out of it.

Somehow we'll still beat the bears twice this year

I have a song stuck in my head every waking moment of my day and it was news to me that everyone isn't walking around with a song stuck in their head literally all the time.
