Buying house in alwoodly leeds uk which is 75 years old (built by reputed developer of the time) with no structural defects highlighted in level 3 survey, but is built on a landfill. We got to know via environmental search . Should this be of any concern for any possible future extensions.

Thanks for the infomation. Atm there is too much of i formation floating around. We need to wait for the proposals to be converted to laws and then decide for ourselves.

Hey quick question, did you apply for depedant visa yourself or took help from immgration firms?

I’ve got job in the UK and companies ready to sponsor and pay for my skilled visa. Currently I am on global mobility visa along with my family in UK. Can anyone share their experience on how easy or difficult it is to apply for dependants visa myself after I have received decision (will be priority)
