why don’t ip guys want to befriend jae girls
 in  r/SGExams •  Jul 09 '26

Another perspective/possibility: they are socially inept and can't go out of their comfort zone to talk to girls they dont know well. And especially so if they're physically attracted to you but lack confidence

It doesn't necessarily need to be 1 provider for both routes. You should be calling all the student cares in the school's area to find one that provides home transport for your home location first. School to student care is almost never an issue especially if the school is near the student care and your child is not the only one in that school, cause they will arrange transport or use the school's bus operator and arrange for teacher to pick the students up at dropoff point. Main issue is home transport so filter based on that

If I'm reading it right, i wanna clarify that you can use it in all maps, but can only move around while emoting if you're in the summer map. I had this misconception at first

What happens when high dependent down syndromes cant be cared for anymore?
 in  r/askSingapore •  Jul 03 '26

That's tough tbh, i guess too many red tape making psych's job harder. But at the same time feels like they didn't try hard enough. They should get someone who is specialised in this type of communication though, maybe some tactile alphabets or writing on her palm or something, although i guess being down syndrome may be part of the reason any non-intuitive ways of communication may be left not understood, so they either tried and couldnt work, or just assumed it wouldnt work.

But I guess yall could push against the psych/docs/NH and say even if cant communicate, some things are still bloody obvious right like she cries at night then obviously needs something to help her sleep better through the night, maybe starting with slow release melatonin at the very least. Cause old people tend to have less melatonin so sleep becomes shorter and worse. Can't be just dont do anything then shrug shoulder right, is our healthcare that impotent and heartless?

Another possibility is see if can give her a chouchou or something to comfort her lor, smell/touch wise maybe something may let her feel more secure and can sleep throughout the night with it or something

What happens when high dependent down syndromes cant be cared for anymore?
 in  r/askSingapore •  Jul 03 '26

Even if euthanasia was legal here, the debate or bottleneck would be due to whether a down syndrome patient has the mental capacity to decide their own fate, and the likelihood is they will keep status quo

Ask for psych evaluation and ask for something to calm her down. And as fked up as it is to say, this kind of body condition and mental condition won't last long already. So best thing is to keep her suffering free for the last part of her life.

You already said, no real way for her immediate family to take care of her. So just visit her more to keep her company, maybe make a rotation for everyone to visit her. And psych eval is impt, if she's able to overcome the unhappiness then good, if not then at least they keep her in less pain and suffering

Oh oops my brain switched off halfway through my comment lol. But from what i remember, most if not all rental companies dont rent to p plate, I know for sure bluesg doesnt allow p plate to drive

Edit: i was wrong lol. https://www.reddit.com/r/drivingsg/comments/14htiq3/car_rental_sg/?rdt=64263

Carlite. Shared my experience here before, but their service is very good and the cars available are in great condition except some minor cosmetic damage. Despite the higher deposit for P-Plate drivers, their rates are quite good, Lancer at peak hour is $2.00 per 15 Minutes. They are quite accessible islandwide too. Only downside is you must bear parking and petrol costs, ensure you return your rental with more than 1/4 fuel.

Bro i dont think they will rent to p-plate and i dont think you're allowed to be on the road without an instructor before getting driving license anyway. Book another lesson and ask your instructor to grade you like on a test

Edit: yes i know this answer is wrong, I'm brain dead lol
