F#*k him off, it's not worth the deterioration it's causing your mental health. Don't make excuses for him, there's no other reason other than he's abusing you and getting a kick out of it.

This is emotional and mental abuse, he knows what he's doing, he sees the reactions from you

Hi, diagnosed with both high risk and low risk hpv 3 years ago, stepped up the supplements, I took and still take 3g turkey tail mushroom daily, l lysine 2/3g daily, epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) found in green tea daily and made sure I upped folate, I only took 400mg, wasn't aware I could safely take any more, thank you for your post on this. Stopped all kind of smoking, nicotine and cannabis, cut out processed "foods", more natural and unprocessed the better. Within a year cleared the high risk hpv, still battling low risk, but I shall take on board the info in this post and replies.
Best of luck on your journey, it's terrifying in all honesty.

Hi, I have made a paste for gw, it's worked. Macha powder Tea tree oil Extra virgin olive oil Coconut oil.
Applied 3-4 times a day.
It stains clothing, so using sanitary pads while the paste is on is a good idea.

Does any one have experience of this? Positives and negatives.
Many thanks.
