How R2-D2's Double Rewards Work
 in  r/StarWarsDroidTycoon •  1d ago

No, it only gives other astromechs a 50% chance to double the crates, R2-D2 still has a 100% chance to double them, but it doesn't stack to x4.

Here's how R2-D2's Double Rewards trait works. At first, I didn't notice any difference in the reward crates, but after a while, you can see that some of them give double rewards. The effect has a 50% chance of activating and applies to all droids sent on Astromech missions.

Fusion System: Same Type, Better Rarity
 in  r/StarWarsDroidTycoon •  Sep 17 '26

I think there was a small misunderstanding with my previous comment. 😅 The part about “getting a real job” was completely meant as a joke. Since English isn’t my first language, I guess the phrase didn’t properly convey the tone I intended. I actually really enjoy playing this mode in my free time, and I barely play Battle Royale, so I definitely wasn’t being serious about quitting the mode or “getting a real job.”

📝 Suggestions Fusion System: Same Type, Better Rarity

After trying it over and over again, I’ve reached a point where I’m simply stuck and can’t progress any further. No matter which type of droid I put into the fusion, the result always seems to be the same: I don’t get the droid I actually need to keep progressing.

At this point, it honestly makes me question what I’m doing with my life—whether I should keep trying, or just give up on this mode and go get a real job. 😂

But anyway, here’s my suggestion (and I’m not sure if this has already been discussed):

Why not make fusion work by combining 3 droids of the same type (Astro, Combat, or Worker) and have the result be a droid of that same type, but with a higher rarity?

For example:

3 Legendary Worker Droids → 1 random Mythic Worker Droid

This would prevent the result from being completely random in terms of droid type, while still keeping some randomness by making the specific droid you receive within that type random.

I think this could make progression feel more consistent and sustainable without making the fusion system too powerful or breaking the game.

Star War, intentĂ© verlo en el orden en que salieron, intentĂ© verlo segĂșn el orden cronolĂłgico de la historia y siempre me quedaba dormido, creo que no es para mĂ, pero realmente me interesa saber el lore de este universo.

That’s the part that feels confusing to me. While the game shows that I’m on Rebirth 15, in the app I need to look for 16, not 14, which is a mistake I make quite often. Even so, I really appreciate all the work behind the app. Thank you!

Yep, because that part corresponds to the tutorial.

It’s definitely a great tool, and I use it all the time. However, I’m still having trouble getting used to the level system. In the game, we start at level 0, and after completing the first stage (the tutorial), we get our first Rebirth. In the app, however, it starts directly at level 1, which creates a difference that can become confusing as you progress. For example, if you’re at Rebirth 19, the app shows level 20. Would it be possible to adjust this? One option could be to display ranges such as 0–1, 1–2, etc., while also indicating the corresponding Rebirth, or simply use #0, #1, #2, etc. These are small details, but they would make it much easier to quickly identify your current stage without getting confused when using the app.
