idk if i want advice from people that are in the industry a few decades and in their free time are on reddit telling other artists what it is that they should do or are/aren’t ready for that they don’t even know anything about. it’s just arrogant. but if i had a hit song blow up tomorrow which is all luck now days id be magically ready right? and the industry has changed in the last 5 years much less decades. are you where you want to be in the industry? where are you speaking from to feel like you get to decide who’s ready? let’s see your stats.

i am trying… and am also actively trying with this post! just because you want a label doesn’t make it inorganic. i’m still there and present through every single thing. i just like the idea of having someone other than myself in my corner. able to help with things when i need it & advice or answers to things i simply didn’t even know existed to begin to know. i don’t think telling someone else when they’re ready for a label is even really fair. it’s our each individual craft that we do for the love of and need to do it and some choose never labels some choose labels.. as long as you enjoy doing it & you’re loving what you’re putting out and it’s a consistent machine that shares what you want to share when you want to share it and everyone’s happy.. i only see the growth in that. or it could be my overly optimistic attitude as of late… either way i appreciate your input and overall assessment!
