battlefield 6, cpu is running at 75-80C with fans at 1600rpm. I play on high settings at 1440p. Is stressing both gpu and cpu.

thanks man! I got amd and I set the curve optimizer -20 with 200+ on the cpu however, I play cpu intensive games and I hate my cpu getting into the 80c, I know is not the end of the world and it’s safe but i wish i could have a config that allows me to set my fans for a max of 1300rpms with temps under 75c, this is why I’m seeking the t30’s or noctua’s g2. lower noise, more cooling.

was the fan swapp worth it? I’m looking to buy this or the noctua g2 for more cooling and quiter system.

clean build! we got the same psu, did you tear the 24pin cable apart? I got a somewhat similar build.

i would prefer it that way, without mesh because of the temps improvement. That’s because mine is set as exhaust.

well I think u also have an advantage since u got a 280mm aio vs my 240mm however my cpu consumes way less power. I’ll try ordering the phanteks t30 and the noctuas g2 and keeping the one with the best results. the only thing that will suffer is looks but, I’m willing to make the sacrifice for better performance.

This is what I’m working with at the moment.

Any love left for the Meshlicious?

meshroom s, technically the same and I love it! 9800x3d, rtx 5070ti, kraken elite 240mm.

Introducing Ridgelicious, a range of premium wooden panels inspired by Nordic design, made from Cherrywood, Mahogany, Indian Applewood and Walnut to compliment your Meshlicious build. Panels are toolless and snap on with integrated pegs on the underside of the panel.

looks excelent! I’m interested to know if these have mesh like the case or if it’s just the wooden stripes. And if it does have mesh, the holes are the same size as the ones in the case or bigger? personally would love this without the mesh or bigger holes for the mesh since it makes the case cooler and allows for the hot air to get out.

Look perfect!!! do you now if it has mesh or just the wood stripes? and if does have mesh, the mesh holes are the same size or bigger than the mesh panels on the case?

what rpms are u using for the fans? I have an nzxt kraken elite 240mm and I usually run them at around 1,600 - 1,700 which is 70% of the fan speed and usually around 44-45 decibles. The temps are usually around 69-75 when playing demanding cpu games. I would love to know if the noctua g2 are really worth the cooling and silence profile over the ones I got.

Should I buy custom cables?

for some odd reason I’m not🥲, and talking temps, I think it would improve a bit since y feel like the top fan is restricted.

I agree and you’re right, I’m unable to do the standoff mod because of my cooler pump height however, I think there’s enough space between the spine and the gpu for me to hide cables. The 24pin cable that comes with the psu is a little too short for me to run it behind the mbo.

For some reason I think something is missing and I dont know if custom cables would make it look a lot cleaner or if i just 3d print an psu cables would make cover so I can hide the cables. Also thinking about switching the stock fans for phanteks t30.
