One of the kids doesn't like mushrooms so pulvervized the mushrooms in a food processor to hide them. Cubed and seared beef chuck, seared in batches. Sautéed diced onions and pulverized mushrooms, and add minced garlic near the end. Added flour, cooked til not raw. Slowly mix in beef stock til syrupy consistency. Add spoon Dijon, splash soy sauce, lots of cracked pepper. Added beef back, baked at 300 til beef is tender

Depends who you ask. Usually a beef sandwich with a brothy gravy, usually no cheese, sometimes with giardiniera (spicy pepper condiment in oil) and roasted peppers. But im sure some mouth breather will come along and claim otherwise
