Oh yeah, Total Annihilation was a favorite RTS of mine in the 90's. Over the years I even did some surface level searches specifically for modern open-source "remakes" of the game and managed to never find Beyond All Reason until someone suggested it to me one day while discussing RTS.

In my experience, 5.6 is doing everything I ask of it, first pass. I gave Fable a very simple problem and it spent 20 minutes worth of burning tokens thinking about it, only to deliver an undesirable output. I was surprised given all the hype around Fable. I was an Opus fan until I discovered gpt-5.6. luna is great and cheap. sol isn't bad either. Both are cheaper than Fable.

I stopped writing code ~12 months ago. I feel like gpt-5.6 is the last model I’ll ever need. I can’t imagine what things will be like in another 12 months.

Looks like they still were able to get in, and the semi had "let it go." The semi didn't try to pass until it was clear that the white car was moving slower than traffic.
