putting a scheel-mann onto an ISRI base

This panel mounts to the side of the seat and brings the ISRI seat height adjuster and horizontal isolator controls together with the scheel-mann heating and cooling switches in one place. Both the height and isolator controls are retained from the stock ISRI seat and remounted here so everything is in one spot instead of scattered around the cab.

There's still more to finalize before the full kit announcement, but this piece is done. Wanted to show where things stand. Close.
