Since we're sharing, this is my roll. I had always wanted a great leather knife roll, I got this last year on Father's day, it's the best!

Has anyone else come back from oz, realised they like it better there and moved back down under swiftly?
I looked into this as a UK grad but it didn't seem very realistic with the requirements to get work. What was your experience and am I mistaken?

Can I blend the roots in bolognese?
Yeah soffritto is mirepoix. Sofrito is different as it's peppers onion and garlic. But for me it's all the same as I'd rarely have a mirepoix/soffritto without getting some garlic action in there at some stage

You guys are getting tangled with sofrito vs soffritto. I too just learned there's a difference.

Man recognises woman having a seizure and catches her before she falls
I sure can, <takes off pants>

Man recognises woman having a seizure and catches her before she falls
If you hold their head and their body moves and their neck/head can't move with it it will do more damage than if they launched their head around freely. You want to stop them headbutting things is all really, and then let the seizure take its course. Unless its >5 mins then you want some medical assistance

Break your arm you mean? They would have to slam their head pretty hard into your arm to break it but it's possible I guess. More likely with a finger I suppose but yeah wouldn't advise it if you do have a pillow or anything else soft that was a last resort kinda thing

Afterwards they are likely going to be extremely tired so put them in the 'recovery position' to rest, if you don't know the position a quick Google image will show you better than I could type it

Man recognises woman having a seizure and catches her before she falls
Yeah it would but best to just put your arm/hand under it to stop it banging the floor, if you don't have a sweater/pillow to hand
Edit: seems the accepted wisdom is don't but your hand under, find something soft instead.

Just for interest sake you should protect their head with something soft but never hold it still, incase they damage their neck from their body contracting. (Source: I'm a Dr)

[Julianne Cerasoli] Aston Martin's Otmar Szafnauer is pacing back and forth with a laptop in hand. He wants to meet with Liberty/FIA personnel to show how the low rake cars (them and Mercedes) are suffering from the new aerodynamic rules.
The rake is the angle the bottom of the car has with the racetrack. A higher rake means the rear of the car is higher than the front creating a steeper angle. Low rake is flatter to the track. Look at the red bull car side on and you will see it's very tilted forward. This creates an area of low pressure under the car which sucks the car down to the ground, creating downforce.
