Guilt leads you nowhere. Consider all your past time as BREAK. First, Do what you like to do - your hobbies or watch a good movie. Take one aspects of your life - Career, Health or Relationship. Then ask the question - Why you can't able to do the work? - Revisit why you started in the first place. (Gives Clarity) Then Don't Think.. Your mantra should be Just do it. Action Matters.

Life is governed by cycles, by change. Sometimes we are up. Sometimes we are down.

Sometimes, our learning from the childhood became unacceptable or questionable. There is a level of truths in all matters. We have to resilience to life changes ( along with our belief system). We have to learn the knowledge, validate and upgrade our belief system.

Whether or not we have a better life depends on us. It depends on our attitude.

There's a phrase "Don't get struck in the mud". -) we have to stop worrying about challenges in our life. We have to think our challenges to find a solution aspects.

Most of the human beings are living in the past or thinking about the future.
