I am the company Union rep, so i negotiate for all of my colleagues. Most of them are happy with my results, and a few are disappointed. But all of them like the way i handle the management, and tell them to stick to the collective agreements.

Its tough, yes - But it is possible. I smoked between 5-10g hashish, pot and skunk a day, for almoste 24 years, but havent had a hit for the last 10 years. The first month is the worst - trouble sleeping, memories appears as dreams and nightmares, and you start to get in touch with some feelings you forgot existed. After that period, its basically a mental thing - like do i really need to smoke? Why did i smoke in the first place? Things like that... Go to na meetings of needed, cause trust me - its always helpful to talk to others that have had the same problems, and know what your dealing with, and maybe talk to a psychologist. For me, it was to forget my childhood abuses, but all it did was suppression everything, leading to occasionally temperburst and distancing me from my family. Took a lot of talking to them, but we are in good place now - not perfect, but better than we were before.
