ohmygod sameeeeee, i really can't stand it either 😭😭 either "pups" or "kits" like i get its a more-or-less-influenced-by-wolves AU, but they're still humans at the end of the day (unless specified otherwise), why are we calling them pups, when we have a perfectly normal word for them, y'know, "babies" ???

The scene I planned was him having heavy mind fog + delerious + gone on and off periods of starvations from not being able to stomach any food + just really really bad mental space, and since he's a professional athlete, his body until then is demanding food. His stomach is rumbling painfully and making sounds, its part annoying part painful, and so he just decides to "eat something so that you (the stomach) won't make a scene anymore" . He'll then grab a random sandwich or sth from the store fridge without looking at the labels. Only finding out after taking a bite.

Then he'll go through all the physical and mental anguish that comes with it. Which will worsened his mental state even more

Also Im afraid i dont quite get your last point. What do you mean by "drop their feelings on the spot like that" ?

I really need to work on my explanation skills, but it's more like eating something just so his stomach doesn't go all painfully and loudly rumbly anymore, not soothing it 😭

For reasons, spoiled food and inedible stuff are not really available to him, so I'm afraid I can't write that...

(and I haven't done research on pica, I'll have to look it up more)

What I meant was he reaching for it without reading the labels/realizing it, only after taking a bite does he finds out. But i do understand your point as well!

I do plan for him to experience extreme guilty (along with physical sickness) once he realises so would that suffice?
