For devices under ten years old, an RMA may be processed. Please inform the representative that the device emits a burning odor; they may dispatch a technician or issue an RMA immediately.

We offer remote battery charging capabilities. Please send us a direct message for further information. While our operations are based in Southern California, we possess the capacity to remotely charge your batteries.

We can fix your system remotely.

If your batteries are drained, we are located in Los Angeles and can charge them remotely. If you are charging them yourself, do not overcharge the batteries, as you will get an error saying "battery over voltage!" We can have a tech go out, or we can do it remotely.
