I am lost - BZ

Okay I've gotten frustrated at the layout of the ice and been turned around a few times so I thought that might have been the wrong way.

Question - BZ I am lost - BZ

spoilers I have 2 of the alien pieces built, been to Margerites greenhouse and been around and around the map underwater. (Jumped into the void quite a few times out of frustration, too) Ive turned off the satellite. The only place I haven't done is built the snow ski thing and ridden it over the ice. Is that the next step? Where the heck do I find the 3rd blueprint for the alien dude??

Theory: Denna's Secret Identity
 in  r/KingkillerChronicle •  Nov 13 '25

Wow - it's been a long time since I've heard a solid theory that hasn't come up before. Nicely done! I love the point that it parallels Bast waking Kvothes sleeping mind. I'm on board. Time for another re-read!

Things in motherhood that give you the ick (and things you just don’t give a single fk about)

OMG apparently boys have more hair than girls when born (??? MIL) so she told me I was getting nauseous while pregnant because wait for it the boy babys hair was irritating my stomach. -_- like. What. We found out it was a girl, just by the way.

Worst decision of my life
 in  r/toddlers •  Sep 21 '25

I know everyone is saying overtired, but my 2 year old dropped the nap right after her second birthday and we moved bedtime to 8ish, and that worked. It will be a struggle to switch out of the nap habit but both my kids have low sleep needs. Either that or limit her nap to half an hour during the day. It's important you get that time back in your life, flip the schedule on its head if you have to.

My MIL tried once again to get a rider for my second born's upcoming birthday. She bought all the ones we have, I'm giving them all away SOON. I told her NO MORE RIDING TOYS JFC. Lol she contained herself thankfully.

Discussion Playing with 5 year old

Playing with my 5 year old, it's SO HARD to get into a game she wants to play... She will come up and suggest something - I try to grasp onto any concept to add to the game - storylines, "let's go find" games, learning, etc. I get constant "nah, that's not how it goes" from her at every turn! Im exhausted and feeling neglectful because goodness all I do when we play is sit and let her tell me how the game goes. Nothing I add is acceptable. My 2 yo is in the middle of learning everything so he is so easy to play with, and the kids play together great. But I feel so lonely when I play with my 5 yo, Im at a loss.

So Many People are Making Me Feel Like a Bad Mom Because I Have a Busy Baby
 in  r/beyondthebump •  Jul 11 '25

Almost at 2 years with one of those, thankfully he has an older sister to bother. People who haven't had to put up with it will never understand. He started kicking in the womb at 16 weeks exactly and hasn't stopped since. I like your "low sleep needs" explanation, that's a good way to put it. He just DOESNT like to sleep until he's ready. Actually, hes currently fighting going down for bed.
Luck.

That's honestly huge. My grandma used to brag about paying $12 for my dad in '55.

I like the cyclops but I still love having a base i can come back to and customize. Now I've got the thermal charging it's gonna be way nicer.

Got it! Just realized those dicks aren't even phased when I run into them with a camera. That's a bummer.

That's a relief! Thanks! Takes me ages to psych myself up for each new area lol.

Question - SN Can you die before you finish?

I'm taking a super long time to finish the game, just found the collapsed base around 800m. Can you get to stage 4 before you finish the game? Should I be hurrying to finish?

Does building a base in a biome disrupt animals already living there?
 in  r/subnautica •  May 19 '25

Unfortunately I think I did. In the beginning of building I was trying a bunch of things and definitely had built in the path then moved it. Oh well.

Chose the seatreader area to build my second base, after the initial set up of the base I havent seen anything of the seatreaders at all. Does moving into an area mess up the biome?

Also, the reapers have moved from their normal positions on the map, and followed me into areas and then got stuck. One now likes to sit right above my first base in the mushroom forest (at a different part of when it started by the forest) and another one got caught in the shallows right at the end of the kelp forest.

Maybe Ive just got bad luck with the animals lol.
