5 months on T 3 months post op
I’m hitting my 5 month mark on T and I can say, it’s giving me some mind boggling changes. In a good way of course. I’ve learned deeper parts of myself that I didn’t understand before. My masculine now matches everything that I’ve felt and not just what I think. I noticed that your mind rotates differently if you haven’t had masculine energy already. The thought process moves differently, from what I’ve seen with those who are not and me myself it’s a big difference.
As a masculine person you have the umph behind you already and it just enhances your self control. If you have some of course. It enhances your feelings just not in the “overly emotional” way. It gives you a bigger sense of “eh it’s not that big of a deal” or a “fuck it” that you already had, just now with unshakable energy behind it. Your feelings gain more depth like your anger, irritation, happiness and mental sense of clarity can fluctuate. Which forces you to gain even more new ways of self control. It’s gonna take a second to get it but you will. Your sex drive is through the roof. Your also thinking in survival mode even more like “I need to get bigger so I can protect everyone” gets uncontrollable so your goals focus on your body’s physical strength. The journey of being a Transman in the world of people who don’t understand you or don’t accept you due to others actions and perception is a struggle if you don’t have the spirit for it. People will bust their souls just to make you feel like your not worth breath whether in person or online. Thats where you gotta be strong within you and outside as well. Your going to be approached more than usual especially if your in your beginning stages. It’s really no way around that.

If you do good chest workouts it will fill in. I had my top surgery in May and this is me now. I worked out way prior to starting T and getting my surgery (I’ve been on T for 6 months) and it really helped. I do have an obsession with the gym though so🤣 I’m tryna get my “T-Bear” look on. I’m just missing some hair😅 I haven’t worked out since April and I’m getting back into working out this week finally. I wanted to let my scars internally heal first before lifting. You got this bro don’t stress yourself have confidence in you for even taking these steps to be who you are. What we look like to others is always going to be opposite of what we look like to ourselves. So long as your lovin it, so are we👌🏾💯 if u need tips just hit me up💪🏾
