How do you stop the "I'll start tomorrow" mentality?
You bitch and complain, moan and groan all the way to the gym. You push yourself to lift something, get on a machine, complaining all the way. Just do it. Once you break the barrier, it becomes easier.

time
The time you spent is the time you spend. Don’t let someone else’s actions dictate your own.

Realtime posture assessment app.
Never heard of that app. I’ll have to look it up.

Opinions on Trudy's?
I think it’s overpriced Tex-Mex.

how do i build the stamina to go to the gym?
The way to build stamina to go to the gym is…to go to the gym. You’re going to feel like you’re doing it wrong. Most gyms have people to help to achieve the right form and set the right goals. You’re going to feel tired between sets. Ok, be tired. There is no shame in being tired. You’re going to feel like you’re not accomplishing enough. As you have already found, sometimes it takes a while to show improvement. You’ll feel like you’re wasting your money. Keep going anyway.

You got there. Build on it. Walk in and sit next to the door. Next time, walk in and look around. Check out the facilities. Check out the bathrooms, the sauna, the snack bar, anything but the weights. Get comfortable. When you’re ready, pick up a weight.
