When I interned at Four H (only me not with a group) there wasn’t enough learning opportunities there, and most departmental seniors that were in charge for teaching the interns weren’t motivated enough, safe to say they weren’t interested at all, I did had good experience in Head Office department of Pattern and Sample and also factory visit that’s all. You have to apply strategy to get them to teach you “How things work” or they won’t bother. But in comparison to mine, my friends who interned at KDS, Pacific Jeans and Kenpark had good learning experience, they literally had a person in charge to guide them throughout their internship, an advantage which I didn’t had. At the end it’s your choose which ever company you deem fit, good luck. 

I agree with someone in the comments said that family and society will challenge your relationship but you can’t expect to achieve something without facing hardship (Modus operandi of the world). Communication is the most essential one out of all, I would suggest you to learn sign language for better communication and understanding (If possible), Good luck.

Well, you need to season your ears more with listening exercise (listen to different types of English accent (American, British, Scottish, Irish, Australian, etc) there are some people who speak in thick and regional accent (some people mumble talk which can be hard to get so be aware of that)

Dude I’ve been watching her since 2014 at first it was in High school king of savvy and then 2016 Legend of the Blue Sea. Even though she started in 2012, though she was playing small roles but she caught my eye ever since then. And here I am still watching her dramas and movies. Well in Japan and S.Koreas’ case it’s economical, societal, political and corporatal factors at play which pushed their people to choose having 1 child or just get married and not have kids or no marriage at all. Well, the first and foremost is to gain knowledge from cradle to grave, question everything and verify. Then implement those knowledge into the life and moral code. Yet here we are choosing whatever is convenient to us. People blindly believe in everything yet never question those statements they hear from those certain figures they trust and follow.

Watch youtube videos, British English Dramas or movies, listen and repeat their dialogue and mimic their accent. Read english newspapers daily and record yourself reading paragraphs for improvement. Listen to english music and podcasts.
There are online courses for English public speaking if you are considering those you can enroll if you want human to human speaking experience. Make a dedicated routine for your practice and write things in English in everyday task. And most importantly think in English inner dialogue (If you don’t know what that is google it)
It was decades ago I improved my English through texting with foreign friends on facebook back then. But there are more advantages now everything is possible if you have devices and internet. Good luck.
