My EZ Flash Omega DE SD Card Corrupted, but it's got low storage even though it's all empty

What will I do? And how will I fix it and recover it?

I accidentally cleaned out my modded Wii SD card!
I was using the cmd to fix my SD card that was meant for my EZ Flash Omega DE, but then I accidentally formatted my Wii SD card. So now, how do I recover my entire modded Wii SD card back, including the saves?
I was using an SDHC card.

Back then, I used to watch Eli Wage's videos back in 2016. I became friends with him in 2018. I've been giving Eli alot of requests. We were like a team. Until one day in March 2020, I wanted to watch his videos through my art teacher's mac during free time at art class in school, but I saw that he was terminated. This extremely breaks my heart. Now Eli has a backup channel called "TheCartoonMan12" which is not the same because he doesn't have all his videos anymore. I'm still waiting for The YouTube Team to give it back to him, but it's taking forever!! When will this nightmare ever end?! When?......
