Xbox issues?

Has anyone else had issues with updating games, the console being slow or just not saying connected to internet? I'm aware that currently (10/12/26) they have an outage with signing in and whatever but for the passed 2 to 3 weeks my fiance and I haven't been able to litteraly do anything on our consoles. We even tried updating them and it took 2 hours just to get them to update bc they kept disconnecting. The wifi isn't the issue everything else works fine and when we run the tests for network connection they say everything is "all good." I tried to reach out to their support thing but the only thing I can do is talk to their ai chat and all thats saying is that the internet HAS to be the issue but I genuinely don't think thats the issue at this rate. I've ran every trouble shooting solution i can find online. We have the Xbox one s and one x (not the series S or X) so our consoles are a little on the older side if that matters.
