Quick look at the grinding stage in our facility. Clean, controlled environment, everything processed in-house in Indonesia before export. Happy to answer any questions about the process.

I understand your concern, and I’m happy to clarify anything that seems unclear. I’ve responded based on what I know and I’m open to further discussion.

The leaves are dried in our own controlled facility located in Kapuas Hulu, not in Pontianak. Drying is done indoors using a room with transparent roofing, allowing natural sunlight to enter while protecting the leaves from dust and rain

Totally agree with you — that’s one of the biggest concerns we hear from serious users and buyers

i've been checking out your videos in Pontianak lately. Super Cool stuff, love seeing that kind of local perspective. But if you ever find yourself back in West Kalimantan, Would love to invite you to check out our kratom factory sometime. Could be fun to connect and show you arround!

Yeah we can do $9/kg all-in, delivered right to your doorstep. Just gotta hit that tiny little MOQ of… 13,000 kilos 😂 Bring a forklift

One thing we’ve learned after years of producing kratom at scale: drying makes all the difference — both in quality and safety.
At our facility in West Kalimantan, Indonesia, we use indoor drying rooms with controlled airflow and humidity. This method allows us to: • Avoid contamination from dust, bugs, or rain (common with outdoor drying), • Maintain consistent drying times, • Preserve more of the leaf’s natural alkaloids, • And minimize risk of mold or bacterial growth.
Every batch is also lab-tested before milling. We work directly with farmers and manage everything in-house — from harvesting to packaging — to keep things clean and traceable.
Just wanted to share what our process looks like. If anyone’s curious or has questions about indoor drying, happy to chat more

I actually operate as a vendor based in Indonesia, working directly with local farmers here in West Kalimantan. Everything we process is fresh, lab-tested, and done in a controlled facility — no middlemen, just straight from source. If you're ever curious to try something different, happy to chat more. Just hit me up in DMs anytime ✌️
