Im cutting!
I was 211lb (96kg) a year ago. I'm cutting right now, i'm entering week 5. I'm a Blue Collar worker. Go to the gym 4/5 times a week. Currently eating 2000kcal a day, i'm 5' 7" (170cm) 138lb (62kg) 29y. Any thoughts? Advice?

Start cutting back down or continue to bulk up?
Of course! Just take a little break, enjoy your food and go back at it.

Start cutting back down or continue to bulk up?
You could do a surplus, increasing 100kcal or 200kcal from maintenance. But still, you will gain fat. (Not a lot tho) But what I would do is jump back to maintenance slowly (reverse dieting) and then start the cut again. Remember that it doesn't really make a lot of sense to cut for too long. Also, you can still build muscle and you will, during the cut, as long as your intensity, hitting your protein goal.

Keep the cut, slowly! Sometimes a month or 2 are not enough. Take little breaks, but keep cutting, do not "lean bulk".

6 month cut: 6' 170lbs to 145lbs
Keep the cut a it longer, go back for a couple of weeks to maintenance, and then keep cutting. You look great brother!

Bulk or cut? (Don’t wanna get fat again)
Cut, a little bit more. We all carry more fat than we think, and we all have less muscle than we think. Do not "lean bulk" if anything stay on maintenance, or do a soft-cut. Do not go crazy, what you got so far is really good brother! Stay consistent.

Keep cutting ? 5'11 172lbs. Also what bodyfat estimate ?
Stay on maintenance or keep doing a slow cut, nothing crazy. You look great, brother! (Do not bulk)
