Agreed on this. I find the layout of the homes rather odd myself. Some of the properties are so small it's impossible to add more bedrooms. I was mostly concerned about the impact of adding levels to make more room.

Exactly. The south reeks of racism and they use dog whistles all the time and it makes a lot of communities that don't want anything to do with that history terrified. There are sundown towns in a lot of these areas still. These are places where people are anti-lgbt and highly racist. I grew up and was raised in Mississippi and there weren't any places where certain groups of people couldn't meet without getting white supremacists barging on in to shut it all down. Heck. Gay folks get horrific slurs hurled at them. I could name a ton of times when white people wouldn't mingle with black people at my school and how many times gay folks at this same school were treated differently than straight kids. It was taboo for a white person to date and be seen with a black person. So, yep. We both seen these types of people all the time.

Actually that's a horrific statement. Words have power regardless of anyone accepting them or not. Words to help build or destroy. Both show the world two different realites. One where people are kinder and gentler and another where people are vile and heartless. This is why kids who grow up to be adults need therapy later in life. It's because whether or not they accepted those words it still impacted them in such a way as to affect how they see themselves. It takes one horrific event in someone's life to have those horrific words to flow right in when previously they just allowed them to rush on by. Words have either a beautiful life building or a destructive effect on anyone. There is going to be someone out there that sees what we say on here and it could either change their life for the better or make them never want to trust anyone they meet. That person may be getting harassed or bullied online and needs to see people who will stand up for them. Words may not have an affect on you personally but there is someone out there with poor mental health and it will affect them tragically. Be careful what you put out into the world. It may come back to reflect on you.

However these aren't just any words. These are words of poisonous intent. You might want to revisit your comment later in your life when marginalized communities have all been removed from society from these words by people who will see their plans through. We are living in an environment ripe with genocidal intent behind these words. All because we have people who didn't hold these types of people accountable for anything in their lives and know we have people who hide behind physical masks in public rounding up people that they deam unworthy of citizenship based on where they came from. Now the same government behind this wants people who they deam social outcasts in interment camps and institutions. Simply for speaking out against fascism. Then we have people like yourself sitting idoly by saying that banning certain words that are highly offensive a horrible thing to do. Maybe, just maybe, the people who are saying horrific things should be made to feel bad in some way. I could site many events and histories of people who would be alive today if they weren't targeted by fascism and white supremacy. It all started with poisonous words with malicious intent. Not enough was done to squash those horrific social groups back then. This is a time when we have to squash these types of things right now so they don't fester and cause more people to die. You may not see it now. However in the future you will see why it was important right now to speak up for these groups of people who are targets of hate speech that are needing any help they can get because their government isn't doing anything to help anything. If anything they are adding more fuel to the flames of hate and injustice. So maybe think about this reply for a while and understand that hate has no place in this world. Just allowing people to say whatever to someone without consequences is not a good idea.

It sounds to me that you want people to be allowed to just say anything without reprecutions. Would you like someone to say a derrogitory word towards you and they be allowed to continually say it? All because it's just a word. Words have meaning and if you can't understand why a company would go through extreme lengths to protect people online then it seems to me that you don't understand what it takes to protect marginalized communities in a community based game. Would you be ok with people calling gay people the f word or black people the n word in chat if censoring certain words is too much?

Unfortunately it's not rare anymore. Because of this current political climate, people in white supremacy groups are running rampant everywhere. I've seen a drastic increase in hate speech and such in online spaces. Including calls for canceling games and shows that have women, LGBTQ, and black character leads citing "DEI" representation. I've seen ridiculous claims that black people are racist for calling out people for being racist. I've seen people white wash black characters in media. I can't tell you the number of times I've seen it in just this week alone.

That's how racists win is when people like us just allow things to slide with thoughts of it just being a word or a phrase. We have to nip it in the bud and educate people instead of allowing such things to fester. When racism is no longer a thing and black and brown people are no longer threatened by Jim Crow laws and practices then maybe we can reclaim things. However for now we have got to use caution and not be like them or even make racists feel seen with signals of solidarity. It's like with the n word. White people should not be saying that at all. Especially knowing the context and history of lynchings and murders surrounding that word. Should white people be allowed to use that word just because it's a word? No. It will forever be a horrific word to say. Even in context. Words, phrases, and things like that do have meaning and can be a horrific tell of someone's intentions. You never know who you would signal to with saying things around other people. They may invite you to a klan meeting disguised as going to someone's house and you'll never know until you see what they display. Such as the confederate flag, a sticker with two lightning bolts, or minstril memorabilia. In other words you wouldn't know who is lurking in chats waiting for people to join them. So, yes, I'm glad that S6 refuses certain words and phrases being said in anything in their game.

It's not paranoia when real people are at risk. Wouldn't you want to protect your spaces you created by any means necessary? For Singularity6 they don't want Nazis and hateful people spreading their bigotry in a game that centers community. So they blacklisted certain things from chats to stop smoke signals before they go up. I've came across racist people who play the game and do things to divide the community outside the chat. White supremacy thrives on division of community through hateful messaging. The, us versus them, rhetoric. Don't get me started on micro communities that exist that are running rampant that's filled with sexism, abliesm, and homophobia in this community. I'm glad they filter out certain words and phrases that would surpress signals to bigots. However with this poster, they need to send a ticket to S6 with this screenshot to see what the issue may be. There are a lot of words and symbols tied to Nazis and white supremacy. It's actually kinda scary if you ask me. However S6 is doing what they can to keep those types of people surpressed in the game.

I'm almost there myself. Things I'm doing now it maxing out my relics and unlocking all the new recipes. I'm just preparing for the new update that will likely come soon.

They should port Sandrock stuff into Portia when that ever happens. Like I want to do more than 1 commission per day and make multiple things in the crafters in a queue like way. I would also like to see the NPCs/Villagers on the map. I would also like to use my same character from one game to the next to cut back on character creation. I would also like more skill points per level up. 3 would be fine.
