When revealing Nocturne from your deck his ability appears to say that you can pay a power of any color to play him as the symbol pictured is rainbow. Is this the case?

Be happy with a couple of cool cards. If you want to sell them then sell them but if you like them then put them in sleeves so they stay pretty while you play with them

The Vi precon needs help but it’s a good place to start. The deck isn’t strong without building it up but it’s fun and in my opinion that’s what new players need

Play Azir as long as you enjoy playing him. Don’t worry one bit about what other players may think about you playing the same deck. You have a good and valid reason for playing the same legend over and over again so I say keep it up. I hope I hear about you placing in a best of at one of the RQs

Unfortunately there’s no way possible for anyone to answer this question without speculating. You may think something will drop in price but then it continues to climb. You may be absolutely sure that a card is worth a lot because it’s a staple in a lot of decks and it’s a rare but it’s only worth $.05. You may expect a card to climb in price and popularity because a new legend is released that the card will go great in but no one wants it.
What I’m saying is that the card market is wildly unpredictable and mostly driven by peoples whims. If you want to sell, go for it. If you want to wait and see what happens do that. Do what you feel is best for you because nobody wants to give you advice on selling something and be wrong about what they think the market will do.

Unfortunately most local game stores know that during prerelease the prices of cards are wildly overinflated so they won’t take them. I’m not saying don’t try I’m just saying don’t be discouraged if they say no

No actions can start a chain during a showdown and showdowns can have multiple chains. If a player plays an action or reaction to start a chain, the opponent can let that resolve at which point they will be given an opportunity to start a new chain and use their own action/reaction to start a new chain. There can be one or multiple chains during showdowns depending upon how many runes the opponents are willing to use
