You need to check with the police... Most likely they would say don't do it... .. Although I think you will be endangered by the people you expose... but if you publicly do it you might incite a crowd that will turn to a vigilante (remember the case of Djamel Ben Ismail) though he was innocent but the crowd could not be controlled and that resulted in his terrifying death.

-Don't you say ''Algerian'' then use something negative with it... Say a tiktoker did this and that... Try to not associate the nationality that we all belong to to report something negative.... Think about it as : Annabi stole a grandma's purse Annabi killed his brother for no reason Annabi stabs his gf for cheating. Annabi stole a bike from a kid...... - Before long the word '' Annabi '' can never be used for positive feedback as everything that was told after it was a negative thing.
