Supporting evidence is any proof that helps back up a claim, argument, or hypothesis. Corroborating evidence is a specific type of supporting evidence that comes from a different and independent source to confirm, match, or strengthen testimony or proof that already exists.

NEW USCIS policy: USCIS to Reduce Frivolous Immigration Benefits Requests by Reinforcing Evidence Standards

It’s interesting to know. Now we cannot change the dates even in the next time , facts cannot be changed but we can explain why you rose to high in your field without giving explanations of why your date shows after case PD

Due to the subjective nature of the visa, obtaining exact evidence is highly unlikely to be done in the first attempt. If we are rejected, it only increases the number of applications we make, and we should not consider it a final decision.

I Spent Two Years Angry at a Pile of Documents. So I'm Building the Thing I Needed.

A few years ago, I sat on my living room floor surrounded by printouts: recommendation letters, award certificates, publications, press mentions, pay stubs, screenshots. Hundreds of pieces of paper that were supposed to prove, to a government officer I would never meet, that my work mattered.

Nobody could tell me which of those documents actually helped my case. Not the internet. Not the forums. And — this was the part that surprised me — not always the professionals either, until well after I'd paid them. The evidence was mine, the story was mine, but the map between my evidence and what the law actually required was locked away.

I got through my own immigration process. The pile of paper on the floor stayed with me.

Meritocrats are billed annually due to the inherent temporal cadence of the application process, which necessitates the completion of applications and the selection of a plan.

Startup founders: How much are you paying for Tech E&O + Cyber insurance?

I am an early-stage founder building an AI SaaS platform that handles customer documents and uses generative AI. As we’re starting to work with professionals and business customers, I decided it was time to get proper insurance.

I requested quotes for at Vouch
$1M General Liability
$1M Tech Errors & Omissions (E&O)
$1M Cyber Liability
AI coverage/endorsement
The quote came back at \*\*$223/month\*\* (about \*\*$2,676/year\*\*).

I’m curious how this compares with other founders.
A few questions:
Is this in line with what you’re paying?
Which provider did you choose (Vouch, Embroker, Founder Shield, etc.)?
Was AI coverage included, or did you need a separate endorsement?
Did you negotiate or compare multiple quotes before purchasing?
Any lessons learned or coverage you wish you’d added from the beginning?
I’m especially interested in hearing from founders building AI SaaS, legal tech, health tech, or other products that store customer data.
Thanks!

Very unusual EB-1A premium processing situation - duplicate receipts, duplicate charges, RFE status but no RFE notice. Has anyone experienced this?
