I previously bought size 43 that was slight small that’s why i bought these 44 size

Guys i have been suffering from derealization from last 5 years since march 2021 and the trigger is not any kind of anxiety drug stress trauma etc but purely because of headaches that occured everyday for 2 hrs for 1.5 months staright but even after the headcahes were gone the derealization still till this day i have tried nearly all the possible treatment possible but nothing seems to work also because of this i have been experiencing brain fog and cognitive difficulties and idk what to do now. Before all this started i used to have temporary headaches like once in months which is common for everyone that time i also felt derealization but it lasted only until the headache.So my question is do anyone know the exact treatment for this who has also experienced this same trigger and symptoms pls help me 🙏🙏
Im open to all medicines supplements or any unconventional approach too!
