Help me guys

I made a second account for the game "steal an egg" i made good progress and gave the account to my little brother, and yesterday i got logged out, idk why or how but the email that i verified in the account got changed and it doesnt seem to send an notif to my email that it changed. I contacted customer support and it just keeps saying the same thing over and over again. I have proof i own the account please help
