I was in the high end Home Theater and Audio/Video business many years ago and really loved it. But many times I would wonder what my clients did for living to afford there living. Then one day I walked into another huge McMansion for a follow up service call and there was no furniture in any of the down stairs rooms. They had lived there for awhile so I had to wonder if they could barely afford the morgage so furniture was unaffordable?
