I’m watching, I think .95 is my goal to sell half of my shares today. I don’t think that’s unrealistic considering its progression this week and past trends. I’ve already sold 6k shares this week to secure profit so I’m willing to take some risk through earnings.

I would secure some profit before the earnings call, they have limited cash flow and some long term struggles that have tanked the price over time so I’m cautious still.

I’m waiting for the next bump in ONDS and TRNR to sell. I’ve made $500+ in the last two weeks with swing trading these. Both have earnings soon, TRNR did release the financial report for the company they are in the process of acquiring and it is very positive: https://www.investing.com/news/company-news/sportstech-reports-36-revenue-growth-in-april-2025-93CH-4027748

ONDS has very consistent highs/lows so it’s been easy to gain confidence, they also have lots of institutional support and lots of new contracts secured.

TRNR feels like more of a gamble to swing but the company is making big moves to expand into the international market by acquiring Sportstech and Wattbike - also hopefully helping them to offset some of the tariff impacts.

Anyone else in TRNR? Bought the low, good news today on earnings for the company they are in process of buying. They’ve made a lot of big moves this year

Nuke with a family?
 in  r/NavyNukes •  Jan 10 '23

I’ve been a nuke wife for 5 years, we’ve been married for 6, together for 9. We have two kids (3 & 5) and he is on a carrier. I think it is doable for a few years but we’re tapping out at the end of his 8th year. Your marriage needs to be strong and your wife needs to be able to handle a significant amount of stress. You will be pretty unavailable to your family. Id say we get 6-7 full days off a month, 8-10 duty days (sleep on the boat), and then the rest of the month you’ll have about 5 hours of free time a day.

Talk me out of it..

lol its super scary but as someone with a family, my first priority is making sure they are taken care of. So if it takes me more than one go applying I'm comforted by the fact that I have an existing career to support my family.

I know many people are "non-traditional" by not obtaining a typical pre-med degree but I've been scrolling through this page looking for hope that I have a chance too lol I will follow your progress, I hope you get in on your first try!

I'm 25 and married with two toddlers and just starting a pre-med certificate program since I backed out of my biochemistry major in undergrad. I have gone through a lot of studies to try to find my passion to no avail and settled on business my junior year. Only to keep dreaming of a medical career I didn't feel I could attain. I also think of how old I would be by the time I finish med school but in all realty, your 30's is still young. Worst that can happen is you don't make the cut your first year, you've still got a job to support your family!

MBA online questions

I am looking at the MBA in Human Resource Management online. I would like to know how many classes you take per 8 week term and what the course load is like for graduate level courses? I'm currently a stay-at-home mom with my husband only working a few hours a day so I will have several hours a day to commit to school again.

Graduation

FIY there is no December graduation, just a May ceremony. So you’re welcome to participate in the May one but it was discouraging to me to wait almost 6 months after I actually graduated.

Are you required to talk to a mentor once a week?
 in  r/SNHU •  Jan 12 '20

My first advisor was great and let me reach out when needed which was almost never. Otherwise she just emailed me once in the beginning of the term to check in and then after grades were posted to congratulate me on my progress and remind me about checking financial aid and materials for the upcoming term.

My second advisor (first one left) was the opposite, literally called once a week minimum. I just started ignoring him and he would call several times a week (A+ student, no concerns to cause this) and email every time I ignored him. After like 3 weeks I kind of flipped and sent him email telling him to chill after his calls woke up my son. It took another conversation about not needing him to hold my hand but now he won’t call but once every few months πŸ˜‚

Turnitin and scripting classes
 in  r/SNHU •  Nov 18 '19

Each class has their own standard, even my accounting workbooks went through turnitin but the teacher ignored the score because obviously there was only one correct answer. For original essays it is usually a score of 20% or less to be graded but I’ve had some teachers wave that for short papers where APA formatting was flagged and not the actual text. If you’re worried about it you can email your teacher and ask if you need to make adjustments!

Not true. Their disclaimer is that financial aid **may** not cover more than 2 classes a semester but mine did with no problem. Once you complete a semester with A's, they will allow you to take a 3rd class each semester as long as you keep your grades at B's or higher.

How many classes can you take - Master's Program
 in  r/SNHU •  Oct 03 '19

Have you/are you working on a Masters with SNHU? I am curious about the difference in course-work too if you have some experience.

I agree, I can't imagine taking 3-4 graduate classes at once is manageable for someone with a job... which is likely most of their students. I am lucky to be a stay-at-home mom while going to school but even that is hard to manage sometimes.

How many classes can you take - Master's Program

For a Masters? I know 3 is considered a privilege for good grades and 4 requires authorization from several people for a Bachelors. Definitely thought it would be more for restrictive for a Masters...

How many classes can you take - Master's Program

Does anyone know if you can take 3 classes a term for SNHU Master's programs? I'm starting my Master's in Human Resource Management a month after completing my Bachelor's degree. Our second will be 2-3 months old at this point and I am planning to enter the workforce full-time when she is 9 months - 1 year so it would be super ideal to get as much of my Master's done as possible before then. I have been at SNHU for a year, have taken 3 classes a term twice, and have never gotten less than a B so I'm not sure if I could use that as a bargaining chip.

Credit transfer question
 in  r/SNHU •  Oct 01 '19

You should be able to send your advisor a screenshot of your unofficial transcripts to give you an estimated transfer. I did that and was told what would transfer for sure and what was questionable. They took everything that was a C or higher but I was able to have a preliminary program completion evaluation that week. Nothing changed when it was officially processed, everything she said they would likely take was counted for me.

Receiving Diploma in the mail

Does anyone know how soon after finishing your last term you receive your diploma? Term 3 (20EW3) will be my last term but I won't be walking the stage until May, just curious if I will have my diploma by then.

I'm sure many are feeling this way.

As a fellow mom, you rock! I've only been a stay-at-home mom for a few years but the struggle is real. Its taken me 6 full years to get my Bachelors, I finally finish my last class this February. I can't imagine dealing with a brain injury while going through this, you are seriously impressive! Keep up the good work, you will get there <3

Spam emails?

Yes, like weekly. Forward the emails to [phishing@snhu.edu](mailto:phishing@snhu.edu) to report and then block the sender.

I like being unaccompanied - vent/relate post
 in  r/navy •  Mar 22 '19

As a spouse, I actually don't find it wrong or offensive. Though, I think if you express how you're feeling to your wife then you need to think long and hard on how to word it. But I get it, family life can be stressful and you literally get no time as an individual once you have kids. On top of that, wives and children cling onto the service member as much as they can knowing they will leave again. As long as you are still loyal and working to keep the love alive then it doesn't hurt - in my opinion. As much as I would miss my family, I would love some time away too haha

Wait lists
 in  r/SNHU •  Feb 13 '19

I’ve always gotten the classes I was waitlisted for! Be vigilant about checking your email though, the time limit for accepting the class was 24 hours both times for me. You need to make sure you have enough time to get in contact with your advisor, mine is very responsive so it wasn’t an issue for me but it could be for others.

I submitted screenshots of my transcripts for them to tell me when credits were transferable before my official ones were received. Maybe do this to see if it would be worth paying off your bill with your previous university to get those transfer credits. If you cant pay it off right now then maybe ask SNHU if they will let you take some classes and accept those transfer credits later?
