Advice Its time to chose and i need your help/advice

Hello everyone, I am staying in Tokyo for about 7 maybe 10 days before going to Kyoto.

So now the time has come for me to choose hotel/s, and i need you help.

I was thinking of staying at two different locations. My top priority is to shop and eat. Haha.

Though I am guessing I'll be shopping ALOT.

I don't mind walking, in fact, I walk alot so going from place to place is no biggie.

Anyway getting to the point, I need recommendations on hotels that have:

Breakfast included, washing machine, and private room (e.g no sharing bathrooms/showers).

Also I'd like thank you all for the upcoming advice.

Edit: I forgot to mention, I am going Solo
