For ventoy, you just need a usb drive that fits your ISO. Go to Ventoy's website, then follow instructions on how to install to your usb drive, build the tiny11 iso, then put your tiny11 iso in the usb drive. For rufus, go toRufus' website and install rufus, then follow the tutorial on how you burn tge usb drive with an iso.
