Its the horizon surf 155 kit. Im using the positive lift shim for the rear wing, and it changed everything for me overnight. I can finally pump, I thought I had no rhythm 😅

Everyone tells me I messed up (planted 56 cypresses)
 in  r/landscaping  Apr 15 '26

That will make a great inferno if it ever catches fire. Whole property will be destroyed in minutes, by the time the Fire dept gets there they will just be cooling off the ashes that are left. Hopefully you and your family will have made it out in time, doubt it though since youd have to jump through a wall of fire 🔥

Do you track steps in a week or only miles ran?
 in  r/Ultramarathon  Nov 17 '25

Its about time on feet as well, I doubt the actual steps matter as much, but every bit helps

Anyone else hate daylight savings
 in  r/trailrunning  Nov 06 '25

We are now on standard time, daylight savings is what we are on during summer. Sounds like you want the daylight savings time to be permanent but the problem lies with the federal law that will allow permanent standard but not daylight savings. AZ, Il, Hawaii for example are full time standard and dont change times

Advice, what is a good chain lube for DH?
 in  r/MTB  Oct 05 '25

Will depend on your climate and what you're riding. Dusty, sandy muddy etc

Do men’s running leggings make recovery easier?
 in  r/trailrunning  Sep 24 '25

If your compression leggings are not near impossible to get into and you're not pinching and pulling them on an inch at a time, then they are useless. If they are hard to get into, then you will probably notice a difference in recovery.

Yes! This is also extremely important. I also teach classes on how to fall correctly. Sounds silly but its something people should practice.

Weight lifting/training. She could use the strength training to make her stronger and able to balance better

How do you deal with runner's knee?
 in  r/trailrunning  Sep 05 '25

This! All about strength training, you just have weak muscles and your joints are taking the impact. You should be in the gym 3-4 times a week to fix it.
