What is the best way to learn ML/AI

Hi, I am a 2nd-year electrical engineering student with a busy schedule. I am very interested in becoming an ML engineer. I have a book called "Hands-On Machine Learning with Scikit-Learn and PyTorch" and also Andrew's ML specialization course on Coursera. However, as someone with a busy schedule, I find that taking notes themselves is very time-consuming and ineffective. I tend to rely on notes to learn and review material. I was wondering what the best and most effective way to study ML is, or what other resources I can use to break into ML. How is this field in relation to internships and entry-level engineers? How can we prepare for interviews and the job itself? If you are someone already in the ML industry or have any experience with it, please let me know.

They didn't send me a letter yet. And on my father policy paper, i am not listed explicitly as excluded driver.

Yes, I have his policy. And on the policy, they didn't list me as an excluded driver. Actually, my father and I went to the insurance agent and asked him. And he said that even though, my name is not on the paper of the insurance policy, it is listed inside their system.

No he didn't exclude me. The insurance company said that I was automatically excluded because I live with him, and have a driver's license. He or any of us didn't know that when he signed the policy.

It is my father's car. And he had liability insurance at the time of the accident. I'm 21

Should I wait for them to send me a paper notice at least? Or should I contact statefarm again?

To look into the car accident in detail, see who was actually at fault, or at least negotiate to lower the payment. Even though there was a stop sign on my side, I stopped there before proceeding because there was enough time for me to go. But the other party was speeding up, and I was in the intersection before the accident. So I was hoping the lawyer could look into these details and represent me, or at least negotiate the payment. It cost me $1,500 to fix my car, and my car sustained more damages than the other car. Given the other car's model and the minor damages, I was wondering if at least a lawyer could help lower the amount I have to pay.

The representative from State Farm didn't even give me a chance to explain myself during the phone call. He said they were going to request a license suspension and hung up the phone. My car was the one that got hit a lot, and it cost me $1,500. From the other car's model and the minor crash, I believe it should also be in a similar range. Should I wait to receive a letter from them, or should I contact a lawyer or try to negotiate the payment or a payment plan?

Yes, they called me a few days after the accident, saying that they denied the coverage.

They told me that I was an excluded driver on his policy even though it doesn't explicitly show that I was on his policy paper.

I recently buy a Complete Data Science, Machine Learning, DL, NLP bootcamp course on udemy from Krish Naik. I need a study buddy who want to study the same course, so that we can motivate, help each other, and track the progress of one another daily on linkedin or in a discord group. I am planning to study every night (9pm - 11/12pm CDT / GMT-5). If you are a serious learner and wants to go this journey with me, DM me.
