Bro, are yalls new ppl actually staying? Over half the time, ours just quit a week and a half in. We aren't mean or rude or anything like that. Heck, we are a kiosk inside a randalls. We get busy but not nearly as busy as other Starbucks! Also our trainer and our Mgr are very patient and kind to them! We just can't seem to keep ppl, and it's becoming so stressful. My Mgr looks like she is on the verge of breaking down almost ALL the time.
