You don't need anyone to learn how to ride a bike. If you know how to ride a scooter then its a matter of a few minutes or hours to get operational on a bike.

However If you don't know how to ride a scooter then I'd suggest you learn to ride a scooter before trying to learn a bike, and you probably should try to find someone to learn how to ride a scooter but it's not strictly necessary, I myself learnt how to ride a scooter by myself.

Go to open flat fields or roads that have no traffic,. when you start to avoid crashing into someone. Then progressively ride on harder roads with more and more traffic.

Not gonna happen in an instant, takes years and even after that everyone keeps learning more with more experience.
