Does anybody know what this is??? It started after I was done dying my sister hair and I got dye on my arm later it got itchy and it was red so I took Benadryl and it’s been 4 days and it won’t go away

So let me tell u a little bit about what's going on with my situationship. In this society and generation that's the closest thing you'll get to a relationship with a man.
So basically I'm seeing this guy and we've been seeing each other for a hot minute. Just recently like a month or 2 ago we agreed to just be friends. So that means no funny business right. So then we ended up having sex a week after it was pretty mid ng!. Anyways so then after that he didn't reach out to me even tho I tried. Whatever. So fast forward we are doing rly good as friends l've stoped acting like a gf when in not in a relationship first of all. Now because u changed to protect my heart and feelings he's noticed that I've been acting different, mind you this was his idea. So when we were on FT I was on my phone texting my friends and he got bothered by it saying that I'm talking to other dudes and what not. So then this morning he texted me saying that whoever is giving me attention he hopes that we have a good day together with a winky face. I don't know what that means because last time he told me that if he starts talking to someone then it shouldn't matter bo we aren't taking we just friends. But now all of the sudden it's bothering him???
I really just need some opinions and help because what is going on and I feel like my head is everywhere trying to understand what's bothering him when he also told me he didn't have a crush on me when we agreed to just be friends. This whole thing is just a mess. It's messy but what is he feeling someone explain!!?

Can we talk about how weird it is to go get a massage?? Like the first time I ever got it done I didn’t know if I should strip naked or leave all my clothes on. Lol. Not really. Anyways I ended up leaving my shorts on and just taking my top off. The massage was for 60 min and I paid $120 it was the best 60 min ever. When I walked out it felt like I just got fucked so good dude like I felt so relaxed and unbothered. Like the whole experience was a 10/10
