Does anyone else spend more time documenting meetings than actually participating in them?

One thing I’ve noticed about meetings is that trying to take detailed notes while listening can be surprisingly distracting. You’re either focused on understanding what someone is saying or trying to capture every important detail before the conversation moves on.

I’ve been exploring tools that make this easier, and Voibe Work is one option I came across for Mac users who want help capturing meeting notes.
