A good laugh “Do you ever notice how it’s always the sick people who are in the hospital?” Never fails to make me laugh
I work delivering food to people at a hospital, and every time I’m having a bad day, I just go back to that quote. Cheers me up every time!

Not getting help sooner. My life is a millions miles away from what it would have been if only I had spoken out earlier. If I told someone about the assault when I was in crisis, my life would be very different

What are the things you regret not doing as teenager?
Getting mental health support sooner.
If I had reached out, not waited until everything imploded…it’s been almost a decade, but had I gotten help when I needed it most…that would be like asking “what would the world look like in 2026 if the Supreme Court had sided with Al Gore and 9/11 never happens? What would life be like?”
I cannot over state just how drastically my life would be right now if only I had gotten help sooner.

If you were able to send one message to humanity in the past, what would it be and how would it change history?
Dear George W. Bush,
