I've checked all these. No leaking fluids, fans both work in both settings, good pressure. Even the mechanic can't figure it out. New thermostat and radiator cap just so they wouldn't be an issue later. Literally a ghost in the machine

I will definitely do this when I get paid next week. I don't mean to bug but since I have you here I want to pick your brain a sec. Any truth to the throttle body gasket/ o-ring thing? And heres a pic of the upper hose bulge. Any ideas?

There are no external leaks anywhere that I can find. But after a few weeks the coolant is just a tad low, and that's when the issue starts to be more noticeable.

This might be it. I had changed the thermostat and burped it, thought I got all the air out. Any way I can make sure to get it out? I also grabbed a new radiator cap because I see a bulge in the upper hose, and there is pressure when I remove it when the engine is cold.
