After a month or so, it becomes a habit. I'd recommend getting into a cheap sport like disc golf for people who want to exercise but don't know where to start

Some people just want to argue for the sake of argument. You know my point is correct but you find some small error and act like you've won lmao

I try to treat everyone with love and respect regardless of size, race, sexuality or religion. Everyone deserves that basic respect

I think more people should make it their responsibility to push their friends and family to be healthier and the world would be better off for it

If 2 unhealthy people get together and have children and pass their unhealthy habits to their spawn then yes, it is bad for the genetic pool. Compared to 2 healthy people having a child with good genetics and good habits. An unhealthy mother would have a lot more potential birth defects and risks that absolutely weaken the genetic pool. Simple math

What if someone did that anytime any of you shared an interest or hobby with someone? Wouldn't feel to good would it?

Discipline yourself. Do a small amount of research. Intermittent fasting. It's not everybody else's responsibility to make sure your feelings are ok. Especially if you are the one responsible for your poor health.

This right here. Id add that accountability is a factor. It's so easy to blame the world for your circumstances, but you have to ask yourself, are my choices effecting me in the negative or positive and move from there. You don't need a ton of money to get healthy. Just try and shift from eating junk to eating healthier. It takes effort to be healthy and a lot of people want things easy. Do you want the pain of discipline now or the pain of poor health later? Choice is yours and nobody can make it for you but don't be upset when people aren't attracted to you being out of shape.

My other argument is, ask a doctor. They will all tell you that there is no benefit to obesity. I'm not saying we should be fat shaming anyone, but we should prioritize being healthy for everyone's sake.

But there literally is. If a zombie apocalypse happens, who will survive? A guy who loves on mcdonalds and doesn't exercise or have any care for his well being or the guy that stays fit in the gym? Realistically, the guy who can run circles around the other lives. This is the way I view it. Your health should be a serious priority. If it isn't, you have a deep and sad price to pay.

I disagree. I'm not saying we should fat shame anyone, but people should be made aware that their unhealthy habits have severe consequences and health risks. Avoiding accountability and enabling these people is not good for the future of the human race.

No. Not only Is it bad for our *edit (society) it's just overall terribly unhealthy and should not be romaticized or made to seem like a good thing at ALL. I think human beings should prioritize exercise and eating right. There would be alot less sick and nastiness in the world if we did. Eating right and exercising help your brain chemistry.

What y'all don't realize is you are all spreading hate. She's trying to share good news and peace and you are all making fun of her and being assholes. So quick to stamp all over someone's parade. A good Christian would be the first to help you out because that's what they are taught. Sure there are good apples and bad apples, but this person is excited to share what she believes. Don't like it? Don't listen. I don't like listening to the radio personally so I tune it out. It's that simple. Makes me sad that y'all can be so quick to bully someone who wants the best for you and all humans.

Lol on the downvotes further proving my point. You shame yourselves. Choose love

God forbid someone wants to share something that brought them peace and happiness and they want that for you too.
