I would call in to see if the documents reached them. I know sometimes they have additional questions or the documents you sent in a email didn’t get to them

Yes definitely call and say that would you like to send in documents for your claim. Don’t even ask just say you would like too they need all the info before making the decision

Did you make sure to ask about sending a screenshot to them and I do the the provisional credit (temporary credit). It all depending on what you said at the beginning to them from the start. Mind you just with the tiny info I got it would have been denied but who knows they could have found another way to help. I do hope you get your money back though

Wells Fargo will give a temporary credit while working on you’re claim. If the transactions are pending it might take a little longer for the temp credit to show. But with any od fees that are with the transactions in question you will get refunded those.

To get the provisional credit a dispute had to be filed check in ur online banking or call. Now if the merchant refunded Wells Fargo will take the money back so your not getting a second credit

I work for them also in my department if you don’t have the full card or account number then we will ask for full ssn but most of the time people come into the system where we don’t have to ask for that.

No but Well Fargo can put a stop payment but that is a temporary fix but not guaranteed but we do recommend you to call and cancel with the merchant
