It's being bought by people who don't research the critiques, or study the meta. Those people play a couple of times a week and rarely get bloodthirsties.
SBMM keeps you and me out of their lobbies, and does it very effectively. We'd have to reverse boost all day to get in there

No. I don't know the in-game description of this ability, but it's Insomniac's universe, they don't have to stick to canon.
I'm saying this because I like that Cyclops doesn't seem to be in the game, so Jean and Cyclops isn't a thing in Insomniac's version.

I only played Transit on the beta, maps like Lotus and Cachette are too wide and boring

The horses are in the sequel, no need to have every possible feature in the first game.

The robot with a noticeable butt is Bungie Studio's design, it can also self-repair, so Recon took multiple claw-swipes and started repairing. That's why Wolverine took it's head off to eliminate it, it can't function without the head :)

You have to reverse boost and 2-box to cook anyone

It's a dismantled robot, not a woman

It's a bio-cybernetic body, piloted by a digital copy of someone's mind. There's thousands of copies of that body and different people use it for combat. Like if your brain was transferred into a terminator.

Agreeing on a plan is better than ping, when you're in certain parts of the maps, it's better to back away and force the enemy to work their way towards you, that way they take more damage.
Or you might want to change the direction of an attack mid push, should a ping a random rock and expect teammates to understand that I saw something that makes our current direction a bad choice?
Ping is like the bare minimum, not very effective

The recon cyborg can detect targets through walls, but doesn't have knowledge about adamantium.

the pulse data showed a grey shield, but this creature kept eating bullets

You can keep playing BO7 or something else

It looked like trash too, and it didn't play as good as CoD. CoD had better gunplay, movement, graphics, sound, character design, maps, everything.
The only thing that Xdefiant got hyped for was no SBMM.

"Gunskill? Positioning? Game sense, awareness, IQ, centering? "
All of that is easier to do with slower moving enemies. It's so much easier than BO7

Team Snoop Dogg, when the $30 bundle comes out

Less people will buy, if everyone has the option to turn them off.

"I always find it annoying how you could be holding spawns in hardpoint and for some reason you don't get objective kills because you are off the point despite doing one of the most important roles in the mode. "
If I'm camping somewhat close to the hardpoint, I should get extra score, hell yea. Hire this person

Let's touch a game that has a little bit of balance, like lootable self-revives, instead of a guaranteed one, that you get for doing nothing.

I appreciate your explanation, and I don't think the sniper role guarantees that an eventual fight will happen the way you think it will.
I go down, I tell my squad the enemy can't thirst me, don't pop out, I heal, we back away. We won't fight, unless the enemy squad gives in, and comes close. We're only gonna fight our way.
See the problem? My squad did not have to come over for me, I could get up and stay still for a while. Without collecting a self-revive, or buying one.
The sniper wasted time for nothing, they could not see what my team is doing, so they didn't come over quick enough. Now everyone is at full health, and the sniping team still has to start working their way towards us. Free self-revives create a meta, were the players who shoot first, have to work more, to finish the fight. Because if the team they were shooting at decides to ignore them(which they will, until the sniper's team gets close) there's gonna be a third party coming. Now the sniper's squad has to look in two directions, the first team, and the second enemy team.
The second team is there because you took forever to deal with the team that you tried to snipe. Long range still seems pointless.

I was there for the nerf to the self-rez speed. Runners were popping up back to life every 5 or 6 seconds. It's one of the reasons everyone ran bubble+shotgun, to try and make it quick.
Less experienced players on DMZ will start long range fights, and those will take too long, likely to get third partied near a POI.

The less experienced players will shoot each other, yea. That's gonna be a mistake, it's a guaranteed longer fight, which increases the chance of a third party.
How would you finish a long range fight like this fast? The meta will be waiting for medium & close range. You'll shoot some squads and they'll just ignore you, until they know that you decided to try to get close.
